Twelve glass windows were broken, which police said were each valued around $1,000. Nunes is also accused of breaking six glass panes of a revolving door.
Police also said when Nunes was taken into custody he made “threatening comments” about Brown.
Nunes is charged with making a terroristic threat, six counts of second-degree criminal mischief, 12 counts of third-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglar tools. He was released from custody on Monday morning, and a temporary extreme risk protection order was granted.
