Photos: Southeast Louisiana prepares for impact of Hurricane Francine

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Southeast Louisiana is preparing for the impact of Hurricane Francine on Wednesday, Sept. 11.

WGNO meteorologists report that the storm is expected to make landfall on the Louisiana coast on Wednesday afternoon. Additionally, the WGNO weather team reports that a storm surge warning is in effect along the Louisiana and Mississippi coasts.
