Portland police identify 2 men shot, killed at boat ramp
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities have identified the two men shot and killed at the M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp on July 13, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Portland resident Jmeire Asher, 18 and Salem resident Deangelo Augustus, 38, were found dead around 7:50 p.m. at the ramp near 4325 NE Marine Drive.

A medical examiner determined both men had died of homicide by gunshot wound.
The shooter or shooters remain at large and an investigation is still active. Officials say anyone with information should call Portland police.
