Family of hurt Pour Bros. employee speaks out after shooting
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — A Champaign family is speaking out after one of its members was shot outside Pour Bros. Craft Taproom on Thursday.
Brandon Hardway, 45, was the person who was critically hurt in the shooting. His family confirmed that he lived in Champaign and was shot at his place of work, Pour Bros.
Hardway’s wife Erin posted the following message on Facebook:
“As many of you have heard, Brandon was the victim of a shooting yesterday afternoon at his place of work. He is in critical condition currently, but we are cautiously optimistic about where we go from here. We appreciate all of those who have reached out and are supporting us in any way. I can’t get back to each and every person individually, but please know that it does not go unnoticed. I will do my best to post updates when I can but please keep him in your thoughts. Thank you.”

Friends and family have set up a GoFundMe to assist in Hardway’s recovery.
