PSP: Man shot in car causes crash, killing another man near Pa. Turnpike
RIDLEY TWP., DELAWARE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police are investigating a “double homicide” after a man was shot in a car causing a collision and killing another man standing near the PA Turnpike.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, on September 13 around 10:00 p.m., troopers were called to I-95 North at mile marker 6.4 to I-476 North in Delaware County for a reported two-vehicle crash.
Through further investigation, troopers reported the crash happened on the I-95 ramp to I-476, a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu was disabled and the driver, Joshua Waltz, 33, of Delaware, was outside his car standing at the rear bumper.

Police stated a Gray 2010 Mazda 5 was traveling on the right shoulder and hit the guide rail, then dragged along the right barrier before striking Waltz.
Troopers said they found the driver of the Mazda, Clinton Martin, 29, of Lansdowne dead from a gunshot wound while Waltz was found dead underneath Martin’s vehicle.
State police say this is an active double homicide investigation.
