Rapper ‘Blueface’ transferred to North Kern State Prison for probation violation

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Rapper Blueface known for his hit single “Thotiana,” has been transferred to North Kern State Prison in Delano.

The 27-year-old rapper, Jonathan Porter, was admitted on Sept. 4, to continue serving a four-year sentence after turning himself in for a probation violation linked to a 2021 assault charge. His prison sentence is expected to end in January 2026.

Porter had been on probation since 2021 for his assault case at Skinny’s Lounge in the San Fernando Valley.

Blueface, along with three other men, were accused of attacking a doorman at Skinny’s Lounge in the San Fernando Valley. The bouncer was transported to a hospital by ambulance where he received stitches.
