Wanted Portage County man found, arrested: US Marshal

PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) – The United States Marshals Service has found and arrested a wanted fugitive in Northeast Ohio.

According to a press release from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Rex Miller was wanted by the Portage County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals Service for contempt of court on aggravated burglary, felonious assault, sexual battery and failure to comply with charges.

He was arrested at a home in the 1500 block of Collinwood Circle in Cuyahoga Falls Monday evening.

Miller, 27, violated the terms of his judicial release. Therefore, his bond was revoked, according to the release.
