Scene cleared after bomb threat at Wyandotte High School
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Students and staff at Wyandotte High School were held in place while police investigated a bomb threat on Thursday morning.
During the investigation, officers found an unaccompanied bag. Upon further investigation, they found that there was nothing in the bag.
Kansas City Kansas Public Schools confirmed that officers with its department and the Kansas City Kansas Police Department were at the school, which is on Minnesota Avenue, bordered by N. Washington Boulevard on the west and N. 22nd Street on the east.
