Two males have filed lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs, whom they allege sexually assaulted them when they auditioned for him when they were minors.

Both accusers, who are anonymous and therefore are named as John Doe in the filings, say that the assaults took place while they were auditioning for the music star and producer, CNN reports. One accuser says that he was 10 years old at the time. The other, who was in his teens, says that he was raped while auditioning for MTV’s Making the Band, where Combs was an executive producer.

Combs currently is in custody ahead of his criminal trial. In September, he was indicted on three counts of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs pled not guilty. He also faces at least 27 civil cases.

Combs’ attorneys denied to CNN that Combs has ever sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, and Combs also denied the latest allegations. TVLine has reached out to Combs’ legal team for additional comment.

The Making the Band hopeful John Doe alleges that, when he was 17, Combs groped his genitals, made him undress, forced him to perform oral sex and sodomized him in during a three-day audition for the reality show. He also alleges that Combs’ bodyguard was involved in the assault, and that Combs later eliminated the John Doe from the competition because the teen would not perform oral sex on the bodyguard.

The other John Doe says he was 10 years old when Combs allegedly drugged him during an audition in a New York hotel, then forced him to perform oral sex. The accuser says he passed out; when he woke, his pants were undone and he had pain in his anus and buttocks.
