Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal battles are far from over, and according to a Houston attorney, September was just the tip of the iceberg. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference on Tuesday (Oct. 1) and revealed he is representing 120 accusers with allegations against the Bad Boy Records founder. The events allegedly occurred over the last 20 years.

“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said during the press conference. He confirmed his team has “collected pictures, video, texts.”

Providing specific examples, the attorney described some cases his team has already “corroborated and collected evidence for.” A 22-year-old who was allegedly assaulted was able to describe the typical motive” at Diddy’s “Freak Offs.” The alleged victim claims that the drinks provided at the parties were often “laced with something” and if an attendee refused to drink it, they were kicked out. Buzbee then spoke about a 9-year-old alleged victim, who went to a Bad Boy Records audition in NYC and was allegedly sexually abuse by Combs and other people at a studio.

Buzbee added that the allegations will include “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors.”

He also warned that some of the people involved in the cases may come as a surprise. “It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure we are right before we do that,” the attorney said. “These names will shock you.”

Diddy was arrested in NYC on Sept. 16 after facing a series of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, sexual trafficking, and engaging in other criminal activity, sparked by Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit in November 2023.
