Search warrant yields evidence of early Sunday morning Fond du Lac shooting, arrest made

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – A 52-year-old Fond du Lac man was taken into custody after a search warrant yielded evidence from Sunday morning’s shooting that left one man injured.

According to the Fond du Lac Police Department, officers identified the person of interest and took him into custody without incident as he was leaving his residence sometime on Sunday.

FDLPD detectives subsequently executed a search warrant in the 200 block of North Lincoln Avenue which also included a search warrant of the suspect’s vehicle. Officers say evidence of the shooting was found.

Appleton man flown to hospital after rollover crash in Seymour

The 52-year-old man was arrested on the following charges:

  • 1st Degree Reckless Endangering Safety

  • 1st Degree Reckless Injury

  • Battery

  • Disorderly Conduct

  • 2 counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping
