Serious injuries reported in single-vehicle crash on State Highway 33 in Wisconsin
FOX LAKE, Wis. (WFRV) — Authorities are investigating a single-vehicle crash that resulted in serious injuries on State Highway 33 on Friday morning.
On Oct. 18, 2024, shortly before 9:00 a.m., a witness reported the crash. Preliminary investigations indicate that the vehicle was traveling north on State Highway 33 when it drifted onto the right shoulder, veered back onto the highway, and then spun off the road, striking an embankment.

An adult male passenger sustained serious and possibly life-threatening injuries. He was transported by ambulance to a nearby medical center before being flown to a trauma center. His condition is currently unknown.

A juvenile female passenger, who initially appeared uninjured, lost consciousness and was also taken to a medical center before being flown to a trauma center. Additionally, an infant passenger in a car seat was taken to the hospital as a precaution, though deputies reported the infant appeared uninjured.
The crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, and no further details have been released.
