Mark Cuban has a pointed message for voters ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

The 66-year-old Shark Tank alum and successful businessman recently sat down with NFL legend Shannon Sharpe for an episode of his Club Shay Shay podcast, during which the two got to chatting about one of the most divisive topics: American politics.

With Election Day only a little over five weeks away, Cuban is making his opinion on the matter very clear, telling the 56-year-old former tight end that not only does he not trust the former president, he believes "Donald Trump is a threat."

"If you don’t think Donald Trump is a threat," Cuban began in a brief clip uploaded to Instagram on Thursday, Sept. 26, "you don’t think this is the most important election."

"I’ve known him for 25 years, I don’t trust him," the celebrity investor said of the 78-year-old convicted felon. "I don’t think he’s moral, I don’t think he’s ethical, I’ve seen him rip people off, I don’t believe pretty much anything he says, and so I’ve been trying to support Kamala [Harris]."

Cuban previously admitted that he had started out as a Trump supporter, before his opinion on the reality TV-star-turned-politician changed.

"I actually started off supporting Donald, and then I got to know him better," Cuban told the former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy in an interview released on social media on Wednesday, Aug. 7. "I was like, he's great; he's not a typical Stepford candidate. I thought that was a positive."

"But then I got to know him," Cuban continued, claiming Trump "stole $4 million from a friend of mine that had to sue to get it back," seemingly referencing the fraud allegations made against Trump University a few years ago, a scandal that later settled for $25 million.

The entrepreneur is the latest celebrity to speak out against the former president and endorse his opponent and the current vice president, who turns 60 next month. Cuban joins Tim McGrawMartha Stewart, Bette Midler, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Aniston, among several others, in publicly criticizing the Republican-backed nominee and his would-be VP, JD Vance, and sharing their support for the Democratic names on the ballot: Harris and Tim Walz.
