Sing Out Loud and Live Wildly festival will affect St. Augustine streets and parking
As St. Augustine gears up for this weekend’s Sing Out Loud Live Wildly Showcase at downtown’s Francis Field, some city services and facility operations will be impacted:
The Historic Downtown Parking Facility will be closed between Friday, Sept. 20, at 11 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 23, at 1 a.m. The Sing Out Loud Festival will use the HDPF as an emergency venue for public safety.
Road Closures
Cordova Street north from Orange Street to the entrance of the HDPF will be closed from Friday, Sept. 20, at 5 p.m. through Monday, Sept. 23, at 6 a.m.
West Castillo Drive eastbound from U.S. 1 to north Cordova Street will be closed from Friday, Sept. 20, at 11 p.m. through Monday, Sept. 23, at 6 a.m.
Riberia Street from Orange Street to West Castillo Drive will be closed from Friday, Sept. 20, at 6 p.m. to Monday, Sept. 23, at 5 a.m.
Orange Street will be closed from Friday, Sept. 20, at 5 p.m. through Monday, Sept. 23, at 6 a.m. Security will be stationed on Orange Street to assist local residents.
West Castillo Drive westbound from San Marco Avenue will be closed from Saturday, Sept. 21, at 11 a.m. through Sunday, Sept. 22, at 1 a.m.
Orange Street from north Cordova Street to Riberia Street will be closed from Saturday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m. to Monday, Sept. 23, at 2 a.m. Security will be stationed on Orange Street to assist with passage for residents.
West Castillo Drive westbound from San Marco Avenue will be closed from Sunday, Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. through Monday, Sept. 23, at 1 a.m.
Free parking and shuttle service will be provided to the Visitor Information Center on Saturday, Sept. 21, and Sunday, Sept. 22. Both services are open to the public.
Broudy’s Lot, 198 & 212 W. King St., at U.S. 1 and King Street, Saturday, Sept. 21, and Sunday, Sept. 22, beginning at 8 a.m. until midnight.
St. Johns County Health Department, 200 San Sebastian View, Saturday, Sept. 21, and Sunday, Sept. 22, beginning at 11 a.m. until midnight.
San Marco Lot, 301 San Marco Ave, Saturday, Sept. 21, and Sunday, Sept. 22, beginning at 11 a.m. until midnight.
Colonial Community Church, 550 State Road 207, Saturday, Sept. 21 and Sunday, Sept. 22 beginning at 2 p.m. until midnight. Service will be provided by Coastal Transportation.
St. Augustine’s STAR Circulator will operate from noon through midnight on Saturday, Sept. 21, through Sunday, Sept. 22. The STAR Circulator will resume its regular hours of operation on Monday, Sept. 23, running from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
