Businesses opened through 2022 and 2023 with just one tenant, LensCrafters, still in the works.
Developers previously told The Courier Journal the shopping center was a $20 million-plus project. The center has just over 43,000 square feet of tenant space spread over six buildings and nearly 9 acres.
The area around the center, close to the Gene Snyder Freeway, is seeing much development.
Across Bardstown Road, a 7 Brew Coffee is under construction and a quarter-mile down Bardstown Road, at the SouthPointe Commons shopping center, a Hy-Vee supermarket is planned. Behind the shopping center, across Cedar Creek Road, Nearby, a 168-unit apartment complex, Cedar Creek Flats, is under construction
