Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Que is developing a new location in Pace following the project’s approval from Santa Rosa County in May.

This will be the first Jim 'N Nick’s BBQ location in Santa Rosa County. The restaurant's first Escambia County location is already underway with construction on North Davis Highway.

The incoming restaurant is proposed for development at 4625 U.S. Highway 90 near Davenport Lane, according to its approved set of site plans filed with Santa Rosa County.

Multiple commercial businesses are proposed for development in the same plaza that the barbecue chain was approved for, including Buffalo Wild Wings and Chipotle.

Jim ‘N Nick’s closest operating locations are located in Niceville and Foley, Alabama. A previous location on Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin closed approximately four years ago.

Developers initially applied for this Pace location in February, but had to adjust their plans before presenting the project again to the county in early May. The Pace Jim 'N Nick's project was then approved on May 31.
