Authorities said Jordan may have been traveling with his dog in a 2017 silver Chevrolet Impala with Tennessee tag 0NPQ79.
The TBI said Jordan’s medical condition could impair his ability to return safely without help.
However, less than five hours after the Silver Alert was issued, the TBI posted on social media platform X, “Richard Jordan has been located and is safe. Thanks for helping us get the word out!”
