Teen arrested in connection with shooting on Buffalo’s West Side

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An 18-year-old is facing two counts of attempted murder in connection with a shooting at Niagara and Vermont Streets earlier this month, the Buffalo Police Department said Thursday.

Aaron Woods-Bailey, of Buffalo, is accused of shooting an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man while they were driving on the evening of July 9. Both were treated and released from ECMC.

Woods-Bailey is charged with two counts of second-degree attempted murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment.
