TGCSO searching for fourth crime ring member

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the fourth member of a crime ring responsible for carrying out dozens of thefts in the Concho Valley.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, an organized theft ring began operating in Tom Green and surrounding counties on or around Oct. 31, 2023. In the weeks following the start of the operation, the Sheriff’s Office received several reports of stolen tractors, ATVs, skid-steers, motorcycles, trailers and other equipment.

An investigation into the crime ring, along with a press release issued on Dec. 3, 2023, requesting information from the public, resulted in the identification and arrest of three of four suspects involved in the ring. They are as follows:

Trevor Allbright: A 36-year-old man of San Angelo who was arrested on Jan. 4, 2024, for Theft of Property >$30K<150K.   Allbright is currently incarcerated in the Taylor County Detention Center for 7 charges, including Burglary of a building, Theft of property, possession of a controlled substance and several Motions to Revoke Probation.

Gabriel Wilkins: A 38-year-old man of San Angelo who was arrested on Jan. 9, 2024, for Theft of Property >=$30K<150K, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance PG1>=200g<400G and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Parole Violation. Wilkins remains incarcerated in the Tom Green County Detention Center.

Devin Isaac Stiers: A 27-year-old man of San Angelo who was arrested on Jan. 11, 2024, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He is currently out on bond.

The investigation has thus far resulted in the recovery of several tractors, trailers and motor vehicles. Investigators have also seized firearms, drugs and stolen equipment from several surrounding counties.

The Sheriff’s Office is now looking for the last individual suspected of being involved in the crime ring. Below is his description:

Frankie O’Dell Wright III: A 35-year-old man of San Angelo who is wanted for Theft of Property >=$30K<150K. He has had multiple prior arrests for crimes including Aggravated Assault, Forgery, Evading Arrest and Possession of Controlled Substance offenses.
