Third person arrested in connection to March murder in Genesee County
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A third person has been arrested on connection to the murder of an Olcott man in Genesee County earlier this year, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
Edward Dunn, 38, was arrested on Thursday and charged with second-degree murder, first-degree assault, concealment of a human corpse and three counts of tampering with physical evidence in connection to the death of 59-year-old Michael Poole in the Town of Alabama in March.
Two other people were previously arrested in connection. Kathryn Henry, 33, was arrested in April and Norman DuBois, 45, was arrested in June. DuBois is not facing a murder charge, but Henry is.
Dunn was arraigned and held on $100,000 bail. He will return to court on Nov. 7.
Police said Friday that they anticipate Dunn’s arrest to be the final one in connection.
