Tom Cruise teaching random audience members to do stunts is amazing

If you're going to get some one-on-one stunt training from an actor, you could do a lot worse than Mr Mission Impossible himself.

In the clip above, Tom Cruise gives some professional action movie coaching to random audience members of The Graham Norton Show.

A total of three people get pulled up onstage, stand in front of a green screen, and do their best to pretend run away from an explosion.

"You're frightened, but you're still brave," advises Cruise as the first guy warms up. "Frightened, but brave."

The first guy looks a bit too happy to be convincing, but the final woman definitely nails it.
