Tonawanda man accused of firing shots at Buffalo home
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Tonawanda man was arrested Monday and charged with firing shots at a Buffalo home July 30, the Buffalo Police Department announced.
Dennis Verse, 36, allegedly fired several shots around 2 a.m. at a Lombard St. home which a male victim known to him lives in, according to police. Officers say they observed suspected bullet holes in the home and a nearby vehicle.
Following an investigation, Verse was taken into custody days after the incident. He was charged with one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, one count of first-degree reckless endangerment and one count of third-degree criminal mischief.
Verse was also arrested for a separate shots fired incident in May, which took place on Kenmore Avenue.
