BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Towns of Tonawanda and Cheektowaga and Village of Kenmore announced that the overnight winter parking ban will be delayed due to warmer weather.
The bans have been delayed until Sunday, Dec. 1 and will be in place until March 15. During this time, parking on town and village streets will be prohibited from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Cheektowaga Supervisor Brian Nowak also announced that the town’s overnight parking ban has been delayed until Nov. 30.
“Warnings may be issued to warn people of the regulations, but no parking tickets will be issued until the snow starts falling with considerable accumulations,” Nowak said in a release.
