Truck fire near Multnomah Falls closes section of I-84

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A commercial truck fire prompted a response from emergency crews and closed down a section of I-84 late Thursday morning.

The incident closed down the eastbound right lane near milepost 36, about five miles east of Multnomah Falls, according to TripCheck.

Officials have not yet released the cause of the fire.
