TSA sets recruiting event for Pensacola International Airport
PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — The Pensacola International Airport & TSA will have a recruiting event on Tuesday as the airport is looking for full- and part-time transportation security officers.

According to a press release, the event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16 at the CareerSource Escarosa.
The event will include a presentation on transportation security officers, assistance in the application process, computer testing, and in-person interviews. Candidates will need two forms of identification to start the application process and are encouraged to arrive early to the event to ensure the process can be completed.
TSA will provide an overview of the role, benefits, and coverages.
The starting pay for an employee at the Pensacola International Airport is $18.96 per hour. Opportunities with pay raises begin one year and two years on the job.
