Two Rivers Police Department K9 aids in search, two suspects arrested after drugs recovered

TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WFRV) – The Two Rivers Police Department posted on Facebook that K9 Xanti helped officers locate a variety of drugs inside a suspect vehicle Thursday morning.

According to the post, a traffic stop requested K9 Xanti and his handler to sniff the vehicle. Xanti sniffed out possible drugs, resulting in a search.

The search unveiled syringes with possible meth and tin foil that contained suspected cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a scale.

Oshkosh Police Department searching for two suspects in reported late-night robbery

Two suspects, a man and a woman were taken into custody on the following charges:

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

  • Probation hold

The female suspect was taken in with possession of meth charges and the man with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
