Two Rivers Police reveal vehicle of interest as search for missing three-year-old Elijah Vue nears third week

TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WFRV) – The Two Rivers Police Department has provided another update on the search for missing three-year-old Elijah Vue.

Ben Meinnert, the Police Chief for Two Rivers, says that officers are planning to expand rural search efforts with large-scale coordinated operations with assistance from departments across the state.

The community is being asked to assist in these search efforts, but are reminded that law enforcement in those groups will have identification and badges with them.

During the investigation, a vehicle of interest has been identified. A 1997, four-door Nissan Altima, beige in color, bearing a Wisconsin license plate beginning with A and ending with 0. Law enforcement is currently in possession of the vehicle.

Police are requesting homeowners and businesses to review their surveillance camera footage captured on February 19, 2024, between the hours of 2:00-9:00 p.m.

Due to the duration of the hours requested to be reviewed, Chief Meinnert is asking the public beyond the greater Two Rivers area and adjacent counties to review their videos as well.

“On behalf of the Law Enforcement community, thank you to the public and businesses for your continued support and assistance throughout this investigation,” added the Chief.
