Replay: Trump speaks in Michigan's Eaton County

Former President Donald Trump returned to Michigan on Thursday in what marked his eighth visit to the critical battleground state.

Trump's visit brought him to Alro Steel, a metal services center in Potterville. He discussed the economy, inflation and manufacturing.

Michigan is one of a handful of battleground states expected to decide the Nov. 5 election between Trump and Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris, who officially accepted her party's nomination last Thursday at a Chicago convention.

Harris is set to rally in Georgia on Thursday, where she will also appear with running mate Tim Walz in their first sit-down interview since accepting the party's nomination. It will air at 9 p.m. on CNN.
