Project: Derby City Hotel

Location: 133 W. Market St.

Description: Derby City Hotel is under construction in the heart of downtown Louisville. The 168-room, six-story hotel will be under the Canopy by Hilton brand.

Plans for a hotel at the site have been in the works since 2019. It will join a nearby Aloft hotel that opened in 2015 and a Cambria that opened in 2021.

The hotel will have a ground-floor restaurant, as well as a rooftop bar and eatery. The hotel is slated to open in July 2024.
