What's that construction near Oxmoor Center? Here's what we know about the development

Project: Hampton Inn & Suites Oxmoor

Location: 400 Bullitt Lane

Description: A new hotel is opening next to Oxmoor Center in 2024, said Chester Musselman, a spokesperson from Musselman Hotels.

The hotel will have five floors with 111 rooms — 69 standard rooms and 42 suites — an indoor pool and a small meeting space.

The hotel is owned by Columbus-based Rockbridge Capital and Louisville-based M&M Hotels.

Cost: The development costs $24,000,000, Musselman said.

Size: "65,700 total square foot with 112 parking spaces on estimated 2.75 acres," Musselman said.
