Where are the Blue Angels flying today? Here's a look at their July schedule

The Blue Angels 2024 air show season is halfway over after a busy June, where the team performed at five shows spanning from Missouri to Michigan.

In July, the team will make its first stop at Johnson City, New York, for the Greater Binghamton Airshow. The Blue Angels will make a pit stop in their Pensacola hometown for the Pensacola Beach Air Show in Florida. They'll wrap the month up in Fargo, North Dakota, at the Fargo AirSho.

Whether you're following along at home or making plans to catch them in person, here are all the details about each Blue Angels air show in July.

Greater Binghamton Airshow 2024

The Blue Angels first July air show appearance will be at the Greater Binghamton Airshow in Johnson City, New York, on July 6-7.

This airshow has been held at the Greater Binghamton Airport for over 40 years, drawing in huge crowds from the tri-state area.

Over the decades, the show has played host to the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, the Geico Skytypers, the U.S. Army Golden Knights and more.

The Greater Binghamton Airshow is typically held every two years. This year's performers will include 11 civilian acts in addition to the Blue Angels' performance. Greater Binghamton Airshow 2024 tickets start at $25 for adults and are selling fast. You can purchase them here.

What to know about the Blue Angels: Headed to your first Blue Angels air show? Here's what to know about the team

Red, White & Blues Pensacola Beach Airshow

One of the perks of being the Blue Angels' home base is that Pensacola gets not one but two air shows throughout the year. The Red, White & Blues Pensacola Beach Airshow will take place over four days, starting with Breakfast with the Blues on Casino Beach on July 10.

The Blue Angels will perform above Pensacola Beach for the next three days, with a practice show on July 11, a dress rehearsal on July 12 and the official show on July 13.

The Pensacola Beach air show draws in tens of thousands of visitors over the weekend and is one of the biggest events of the year (it's also totally free).

Each performance is equivalent to the full show, so anyone wanting to attend in person while avoiding the crowds should consider checking out the Thursday practice.

Fargo AirSho

After three years, the Fargo AirSho is returning to the Hector International Airport on July 27-28. The nonprofit air show has a 30-year history and draws in more than 30,000 people from across the U.S. and Canada. Unlike many other air shows the Blue Angels attend, the Fargo AirSho isn't an annual event, so this is a great chance to see them in action.

In addition to the Blue Angels, Vicky Benzing will perform in her P-51D "Plum Crazy" along with the F-22 Raptor Demonstration Team. Tickets for the Fargo AirSho start at $25 and can be purchased here.
