Manager stated all the establishment does is prepare and cook food at the establishment, package/box items up, and the customer comes to pick up the food items. Inspector’s comments: Fan covers in walk-in refrigerator must be cleaned. Unnecessary or damaged equipment must be removed from establishment to prevent pest attraction. Damaged window in front must be repaired. Damaged ceiling tiles must be replaced. After use, mops must be hung up to dry properly. Unisex restroom trash can must have a lid. Missing cover on ice machine must be replaced. Certified food manager certificate must be displayed for public view.

Inspector’s comments: No catering underway. Food is prepared at the establishment and taken to catered events in containers. Catering equipment was not at the establishment at the time of inspection.
