Among her bond conditions include no further acts of violence and no possession of weapons, alcohol, or drugs. Hardy’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 28.
Court records state on June 14 that Hardy allegedly was inside an apartment building on Brandy Drive and began firing shots towards a group of people walking in the street. Among those people was Harris, who was shot and pronounced dead as a result of his injuries.
Court records say that the shots allegedly fired by Hardy were in the direction of Refugee Road and that surveillance video shows her carrying a gun.
