Just four days after giving birth, model Sarah Stage is showing off what appears to be a six pack and nearly flat stomach.

Stage rose to internet fame with photos of her seemingly tiny baby bump despite how far along she was in her pregnancy. While nine months pregnant, the lingerie model had what still appeared to be stomach definition.

Stage – who welcomed James Hunter on April 14 – gained a respectable amount of weight, according to WebMD, which suggests healthy women should put on about 25 to 35 pounds.

Her son also weighed in at 8 lbs, 7 oz. and was 22 inches long, which is a healthy size.

Of the model’s petite frame, “you can’t assume there is a problem,” Dr. Amy Henriott, OB-GYN at Midwest Center for Women’s Healthcare in Evanston, Illinois, told Yahoo Parenting earlier. “There are women who are just petite, who look very small when they are carrying, but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong.”
