The New England Patriots got dominated in a 24-3 loss at MetLife Stadium in Thursday night's AFC East clash with the New York Jets.

It was an ugly day behind a struggling offensive line for Patriots quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who went 12-of-18 passing for 98 yards. Rookie Drake Maye made his debut late in the fourth quarter when the game was out of reach.

He went 4-of-8 passing for 22 yards on the night. New England failed to get anything going offensively, while Aaron Rodgers and the Jets dominated with long, sustained drives.

Rodgers went 27-of-35 on the night, throwing for 281 yards and two touchdowns. He moved the ball easily against the Patriots defense, which gave up 400 total yards of offense. They had a hard time getting off the field in a game that showcased how much they miss linebacker Ja'Whaun Bentley.

Fans on the X platform had a lot to say about the Patriots' poor performance on Thursday night, as they dropped to 1-2 on the season. We took some of the best reactions of the night.
