Elizabeth Hurley has declared she is one “proud mama” after describing her son, Damian’s new modelling campaign as “ravishing”.

The 55-year-old model headed to Instagram to shared a still from Pat McGrath's new #DarkStarMascara video, which features her son alongside supermodel Irina Shayk.

“Proud Mama had to post this ravishing shot of my son,” Elizabeth wrote in the accompanying caption.

The 18-year-old originally made his modelling debut last year as one of the faces for the cosmetics brand, before being asked to front a second campaign.

The mascara is officially available now, but ahead of the beauty brand’s new launch McGrath shared several videos from the campaign, which was shot by Steven Meisel.

Hurley’s lookalike son certainly seems to have inherited his mother’s cool confidence in front of the camera and the duo share more than a passing resemblance, with the same chiselled bone structure, piercing green eyes and long, thick brunette locks.

At a photocall for the launch of his previous Pat McGrath campaign last year, the teen paid homage to his mother’s iconic Versace safety pin dress.

Dressed head-to-toe Versace including loafers, Damian wore a sleek black suit decorated with a series of gold pins.

It was a look reminiscent of a dress his mother, Liz, wore on the red carpet to attend the Los Angeles premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral on the arm of then-boyfriend Hugh Grant in 1994.

Damian also broke his silence in a post shared at the same time as his mother.
