Emma Watson Makes Surprising Style Move in Revealing Top
Emma Watson is all about natural beauty. The actress, who appears on the cover of Vanity Fair’s March issue, takes this pledge seriously. So seriously, in fact, she forwent undergarments in the photo shoot — and looked flawless.
The 26-year-old surprised everyone by wearing a $2,995 crochet top that just walked down the Burberry runway during the brand’s recent London Fashion Week show. According to the piece’s description, its a “structured, three-dimensional capelet with an open front, artfully hand-looped to reflect the sinuous lines in Henry Moore’s string work. Created from 40 meters of rope on a specialist embroidery machine, each stitch is individually made by a seamstress through steady hand movements.” Though originally shown on the model and advertised with a shirt underneath, Watson made a case for forgoing one entirely.
Interestingly enough, Kendall Jenner wore a custom couture version with a hood and pom poms to host a party just last week.

The Beauty and the Beast star paired the revealing number with a white, lace pencil skirt on her bottom half and her hair is styled in a swooping updo.
The starlet certainly got to play dress up during the shoot. Oscar de la Renta, Dior, and Valentino Haute Couture are just some of other luxury labels Watson was photographed in by Tim Walker.

In the accompanying interview, Emma talks about coming of age. “When I finished (Beauty And The Beast), it kind of felt like I had made that transition into being a woman on-screen,” she said. “I’ve been doing this since I was 10 or 11, and I’ve often thought, I’m so wrong for this job because I’m too serious; I’m a pain in the ass; I’m difficult; I don’t fit. But as I’ve got older, I’ve realized, No! Taking on those battles, the smaller ones and the bigger ones, is who I am.”
