Fendi’s Fashionable Fete

To celebrate its new Madison Avenue Flagship, Fendi enlisted “iconic” New Yorkers including Sarah Jessica Parker, Rihanna, and blogger Leandra Medine to design their own versions of the house’s 3Baguette Bag, with the proceeds going to charity. The star-studded star opening also drew Sofia Coppola, Naomi Campbell, Hailee Steinfeld, and Zoe Kravitz. And as if that wasn’t cool enough, Erykah Badu was the evening’s DJ.

This Season’s Ubiquitor

Is Kesha the new Olivia Palermo? So far we’ve seen the pop star at the Edie Parker presentation, Prada party, and shows for Tadashi Shoji, Timo Weiland, and VFiles. Not that we mind! Guesses on where she will pop up next?

The pair posed for pictures with creative director Deborah Lloyd in outfits adorned with hearts. Aww!

A look from Adam Selman, Fall 2015.

Adam Selman Loves a Rebel

Rihanna, the ultimate bad gal, loves Selman’s designs, so it’s of little surprise that the designer sent models down the runway brimming with attitude. (There was even a chain link fence for them to lean on where they pretended to gossip.) The retro-inspired collection included plenty bows, bouffants, and sass.

A look from Gabriela Hearst, Fall 2015.

Gabriela Hearst Is This Week’s Most Buzzed About Designer So Far

This is Hearst’s first run as a solo act (she previously co-designed Candela), and the result was quite exquisite. Our Market Director, Dora Fung, calls it “Glamorous without being loud and in your face. Loads of individual pieces that make up a woman’s exciting wardrobe with the perfect high boots!”

Wu’s Shoes

Aside from the luxurious cashmere coats, exotic croc skirts and dresses, and the fur-wrapped-in-fur look that closed the show, all anyone was talking about at Jason Wu’s show was the killer shoes. The pumps and booties featured an architectural golden triangle heel. For a safe but beautiful show, these shoes added the necessary bit of spice.
