Ivanka Trump takes her own advice — at least the advice of the brand that bears her name. In the beginning of March, her company posted an entry on IvankaTrump.com about great work clothing for spring. Of course, all the options were Ivanka Trump. One of the pieces recommended was a blue, white, and purple floral fit-and-flare midi dress. And now that spring is officially here, she’s heeding her own advice and rocking the heck out of that frock. Almost a month after posting, she was spotted leaving her Washington, D.C., home in the sleeveless dress, and she looked like the picture of spring.

She carried a light blue blazer and a pastel pink satchel that she also suggested in that post. She popped on a pair of nude suede heels also from her line. The dress runs $168, while the bag is almost double that at $295.

It’s not uncommon for Ivanka to wear her own designs. In fact, for her father’s inauguration, she wasn’t the only one wearing her line. Tiffany Trump was seen on her way to Washington from New York in a $325 Ivanka Trump asymmetrical wool coat. And at the inauguration, Ivanka wore an Oscar de la Renta ensemble but her own line was represented by way of nude pumps.

Of course, the timing here is interesting, considering Ivanka also just wore a skirt from her spring collection. Not only is she begging spring to hurry up but she seems to be sending the message that her brand is still going strong.

And we can’t forget the time she wore a $10,800, 18K yellow gold diamond bangle from her eponymous jewelry line for her postelection 60 Minutes interview, and everyone lost it. Her publicist sent an email to journalists offering style details on the expensive bangle, asking they promote it. Clearly that didn’t sit well with the press.

This time, it’s a little less controversial, a little more floral.
