Iskra Lawrence dances in bikini on the beach: 'I feel like a 10 no matter what anyone says'
Curvy model Iskra Lawrence is not here for the body bashers.
On Tuesday, the English model posted a fun Instagram video, shot on the famous Santa Monica Pier in California. In the shot, Lawrence dances to Demi Lovato’s hit song “Sorry Not Sorry” while wearing a $35 slate gray Aerie push-up bikini top and matching bottoms.
“Sorry not sorry … I don’t play. I said I don’t retouch or Photoshop the pics I post of me years ago,” Lawrence, 26, captioned the post, which has nearly 378,000 views. “And I’m a woman of my word. So you can talk about something else now, pretty sure there’s MUCH more important things to talk about.”

She continued, “If we stopped picking each other’s bodies apart we wouldn’t have so many body image issues. And I’ll stay out here feelin’ like a 10 no matter what anyone says.”
It was clearly a beach day for Lawrence, who also shared images of herself posing by a skate park in Venice and on the sandy beach.

“Grateful I don’t hate my legs anymore, grateful I see their strength and appreciate my body’s capabilities,” Lawrence wrote in another post. “Also I realize I’m highly privileged but damn I love seeing pap pics that aren’t retouched and some of those [tiger] stripes. Because I don’t believe anyone needs retouching — why I don’t ever Photoshop my own pics.”

Lawrence takes every opportunity to clarify her anti-airbrushing stance. In May, the size-14 beauty split-screened an Instagram photo of herself at a smaller size, and then explained that she was “heavily retouched” in the image.
She wrote on the post, “That smooth a$$ skin? Not mine — a computer program did that. The full thick hair — extensions. Push-up bra. Waist + legs + arms slimmed with a Photoshop tool. No eye bags, well, actually no, nothing that makes me resemble the real me.”
She also called out a lingerie company on Instagram for using her images to sell merchandise —without her consent — and “retouched them like CRAZY.”
And Lawrence publicly thanked a photographer for not retouching her images from a photo shoot, writing on a recent Instagram post, “Because we are all good enough, and what’s beautiful is that we’re imperfectly perfect and all one of a kind. Thank you @ashleyjophoto for celebrating women in your shoots and never retouching me — love you.”
