Kate Middleton is MaxMara’s Biggest Fan
Another day, another amazing coat from Kate Middleton’s closet. The Duchess of Cambridge, who at seven months pregnant shows no signs of slowing down in her mission to visit every charity in the United Kingdom and beyond, paid a visit to a pottery company. But don’t be fooled by her fabulous outfit, Middleton wasn’t picking up new porcelain tea cups for Queen Mother—she was visiting on behalf of a children’s hospice.
Because the 33-year-old royal has figured out that looking good while doing good is just a double scoop of good, she wore a stunning robins egg blue MaxMara coat that we're sure has driven women across the world in search of one of the brands luxurious jackets. Underneath, the Duchess wore a Seraphine dress with navy Jimmy Choo heels and a clutch from L.K. Bennett.
Just last week Middleton wore a similar style from MaxMara in white. The Italian brand is famous for their iconic 101801 camel coat that was created in 1981 and has been on the wish list of every aspiring fashionista since. “The coat is an icon in fashion — a little bit more than a fashion element — more an object of design,” Luigi Maramotti, MaxMara’s chairman, said of the iconic item.
