Kate Middleton Re-Wears Michael Kors Coat for the Third Time
Kate Middleton, outfit repeater, strikes again!
For the dedication and unveiling of a new memorial for members of the armed services who died in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars on Thursday in London, the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in a blue tweed coat from Michael Kors, which just so happens to a long-standing favorite.
Forgoing a more somber black outfit, the royal paired the fit-and-flare jacket (which originally retailed for $2,995) with matching gloves and suede pumps. She also coordinated her hat, a seemingly new wide-brimmed topper that gave off major Audrey Hepburn vibes.
My first thought upon seeing Kate's hat today: Audrey! ???? pic.twitter.com/6kynkE5aAs

The Michael Kors coat is one she’s worn to another memorial previously; Australia and New Zealand’s remembrance day in April 2014.
On this day, she wore a hat of a similar shade but of a pillbox design.
According to The Telegraph, she also wore the elegant piece at a more light-hearted event when she helped open Hampton Court Palace’s Magic Garden for children in May 2016.
For that occasion, she went around the garden hat free, but instead opted for nude heels.
Whichever version of the outfit you prefer, it’s clear why it’s a go-to.
