From Brit designer Matthew Williamson, the gray number, which she previously wore in 2012, is covered in turquoise and gold embellishments on the arms. She paired the statement piece with emerald suede heels. “I was lucky. My parents and teachers provided me with a wonderful and secure childhood where I always knew I was loved, valued and listened to,” she said in a speech.
