Kate Middleton Wears a Floral Erdem Dress

New England might be falling into a state of depression after yet another snowstorm, but spring has sprung in England proper! Kate Middleton’s ditched her coat for a floral frock. After months of showing off a slew of gorgeous coats— from MaxMara, Alexander McQueen, and Mulberry, to name a few—the Duchess of Cambridge shed the outer layer and stepped out of the Goring Hotel on Monday wearing an Erdem dress that showed off her growing belly.
While her husband, Prince William, is currently touring China and Japan, the seven months pregnant royal attended a 105th birthday celebration for the famed London outpost looking appropriately party-ready in a brightly colored dress from the designer’s Resort 2013 collection that retails for $1530. She paired it with her current favorite heels, Jimmy Choo navy suede pumps, and an L.K. Bennett clutch.
While we’ll miss tracking Middleton’s amazing closet of coats, the dress is a very warm welcome.
