Future First Lady Melania Trump Wore a $3,990 Jumpsuit on Election Night

As Donald Trump delivered his victory speech in New York City early Wednesday morning, the president-elect was joined onstage by approximately 50 of his biggest supporters. Many of those individuals were actually members of his family, whom he thanked. “To Melania, and Don, and Ivanka, and Eric, and Tiffany, and Barron, I love you and I thank you and especially for putting up with all of those hours, this was tough,” he said. “This political stuff is nasty and it’s tough.”

For the historic occasion, all the Trumps dressed in their finest, with Melania standing out in a one-shoulder jumpsuit. The silk crepe piece, designed by Ralph Lauren, retails for $3,990.

Melania has actually worn Ralph Lauren — the brand that became Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s go-to during the campaign — in the past. To the third and final presidential debate, she opted for a jumpsuit with a pussybow tie detail.
