This could very well be the year of the pant. Where floor-length gowns once dominated, celebrities are stepping out in one version of pants after another. Taylor Swift and Chrissy Teigen are two women who typically use the red carpet to show off their killer figures in form fitting dresses with strategicially placed cut-outs. But in Las Vegas on Sunday night, for the Billboard Music Awards, each wore a seriously sexy jumsuit by Olivier Rousteing for Balmain.
