‘Twas the Night Before Balmain x H&M...

Unless you’ve been living under a rock with no Wi-Fi since last spring, you’ve definitely heard the news: Fast fashion megachain H&M has partnered with French fashion house Balmain on its latest designer collaboration—and people are going a little nutty.

To be sure, the buzz surrounding H&M x Balmain has much to do with the label’s current pop culture presence: Designer Olivier Rousteing’s posse of celebrity fans—AKA the “Balmain Army”—includes everyone from the Kardashian-Jenners to the Hadid sisters, Rihanna, and Naomi Campbell. And, come tomorrow morning, there’s sure to be a line snaking around the corner of an H&M near you, filled with girls and women dying to be look like Kendall and Gigi—albeit, on a budget.

Filled with jackets, mini dresses, and trousers that look almost identical to Balmain’s pricier, $1K+ runway pieces, this collection is sure to be H&M’s latest sell-out.
