The fashion world freaked out when Raf Simons announced he was leaving Dior in October. The beloved Belgian had only led the French house for a few years and was, according to anyone you asked, doing a phenomenal job. From the breathtaking clothes, to the hit accessories, not to mention major celeb faces like Rihanna and Jennifer Lawrence, all was well in the land of Dior.

Now Simons is gone—along with a host of other major designers who jumped ship this year, including Alber Elbaz and Alexander Wang—and Dior’s looking for a new Creative Director. Well, sort of. According to WWD, they aren’t searching very hard. The paper reports that in-house design teams will build the next two collections for the brand: “It is understood Dior does not plan to identify any members of its team, as it did in the wake of the 2011 expulsion of John Galliano.”

Anonymously, they’ll present both the spring 2016 couture collection (in January) and fall 2016 ready-to-wear during Paris Fashion Week at the beginning of March. And then, well, we assume they’ll get around to appointing a creative director.
