Summer is winding down, but you may still need to lean on our list of the best kids movies on Netflix right now for another few weeks. Fortunately, we’ve got you covered with regular updates of Netflix’s extensive collection of kid-friendly movies.
This month is a bit slower than others, but we’ve still got a Dr. Seuss double dip that the kids will enjoy, as Dr. Seuss’ The Cat in the Hat and The Lorax join the platform.
We’ve also rounded up the best kids movies on Hulu, the best kids movies on Amazon Prime Video, and the best kids movies on Disney+ if you don’t find what you’re looking for on Netflix.

Really, it kind of comes down to how you feel about Mike Myers, who goes all out as the titular hat-donning feline. When Conrad (Spencer Breslin) and Sally’s (The Equalizer 3‘s Dakota Fanning) is out on a rainy day, they and their pet fish are visited by the mischievous Cat in the Hat. What soon seems like fun quickly devolves into mayhem as the Cat appears to have no off button.

They stumble across Scarlet Overkill (Bullet Train‘s Sandra Bullock), the world’s first-ever female supervillain.

But don’t let that deter you, for there’s plenty of heart, laughs, and inspired storytelling at play to make Wish Dragon an easy win for kids of all ages.

Viewers will have the ability to choose how the heist will occur and shape their own story. Featuring sharp animation and voice talent, Carmen Sandiego: To Steal or Not to Steal is a great way to introduce young audiences to the world of Netflix’s Carmen Sandiego.
