Disney ‘Descendents’ choose between good and evil on ‘Project Runway’

On Project Runway, the contestants were challenged with creating either a good look or an evil look inspired by Disney Channel original movie Descendants 2. Dove Cameron and China Anne McClain were guest judges. Cameron stars as Mal, the daughter of Maleficent and while McClain plays Uma, the daughter of Ursula. McClain and Cameron may play characters based on classic fairy tales but the fashion in the show is contemporary, as was their judging. McClain loved Kenya’s black and red tailored suit saying “Girl. Oh. That’s all I have to say. It’s tailored perfectly. It fits her like a glove.” Cameron agreed, saying, “It looks edible. Like, it looks like it maybe tastes good and smells good. It's like a work of art. Her sleeves look like melted records.” With the designers presenting a variety of good and evil looks, ultimately Brandon walked away the winner with his contemporary take on “good.” “The back is amazing,” said McClain in response to the the open peekaboo design. “It's, like, ‘good,’ but also kind of bad as well.”
